e.l.f Studio Prism Eyeshadow Palettes

The e.l.f Studio Prism Eyeshadow palettes are a fairly new product. I picked all 3 up to review for you! These retail for $10 each on the e.l.f website and all 3 palettes are highly shimmery. When applied with your finger they go on very smoothly. The shades are absolutely beautiful and kind of remind me of the Maybelline color plush quads. These have a very metallic foiled appearance on the lids and can be applied lightly for a sheer look or applied heavy for a intense look. There are three different palettes available Naked, Sunset, and Smoke. There are 6 shades in each palette. The packaging is quite nice and sturdy and includes a full size mirror.

e.l.f says: These ultra-silky and lustrous eyeshadows look like a powder but feel like a cream, allowing for a smooth and flawless application. Use to contour, line, and highlight for a radiant finish. The luminous, shimmery formula creates a gorgeous range of looks for both day and night. Apply dry all over the eyelid with a brush for a subtle wash of color or apply wet for a vibrant effect. Choose a light color to apply all over the eyelid as a base or to highlight. Next, apply a medium shade over the eyelid or in the crease to contour. Then apply the darkest shade to define and line the eye for depth and a smoky look. Mix and match for a custom blended look.

Up first is Smoke, which includes a white, gunmetal gray, jade green, plum purple, dark navy blue, and a black.

Next up is Sunset which consists mostly of bronzey shades. There is a champagne, coral, peachy gold, orangey gold, bronze, and a orchid purple.

Last is Naked, probably my favorite of the three. It has a white, pale yellow, peachy gold, deep gold, bronze, and a dark taupe brown.

  1. I quite agree, Naked is the prettiest.
Smoke is kinda smudged and Sunset seems too "orange" in it's composition.

  2. Yes, naked is my favorite the dark brown shade on the end is just beautiful :)
